What we collect

When you fill in the quote form, email us or call us, we receive the data you choose to share: full name, company, email address, phone number, the text of your request and any attachments (diagrams, files, photos).

Please don't include personal data in attachments that isn't needed for the quote.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to answer your request, prepare the quote and, if you decide to work with us, manage the business relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). Invoices and accounting records are kept as required by Italian law.

Statistics

We may measure visits with Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We only see aggregate figures, such as pages viewed, countries and buttons used.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Your browser keeps two small technical flags: whether you closed the notice bar, and one for the fade when switching language. They contain no personal data and never leave your device.

Who else sees the data

Our hosting provider and email service process data on our behalf, only to run the website and email. The hosting provider briefly keeps server logs (such as IP address and time of the request) for security. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to follow them up, normally no longer than 24 months, unless they lead to a business relationship or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. Write to us at the email address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force.
